Shipping Policy
1. Carriers Used
Moose Merchandise ships all orders through USPS and UPS. The carrier used for your
order is based on cost, speed, and service availability.
2. Processing & Fabrication Times
General Orders require up to 3 business days to fabricate. Custom Orders require up to
5 business days. Processing times may extend during holidays, sales, or high-volume
periods.
3. Shipping Times
Shipping time begins af ter fabrication is complete and the package has been scanned
by the carrier. Transit times are controlled solely by USPS or UPS. Tracking numbers are
provided for every order once shipped.
4. Shipping Locations
Moose Merchandise currently ships within the United States only.
5. Expedited & Priority Shipping
Expedited or priority shipping is available by request only. Rates are quoted individually
based on order size, weight, and destination. Customers must approve and pay the
quoted amount before expedited shipping is used.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been accepted by the carrier, Moose Merchandise is not responsible
for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages. Customers must contact the carrier
directly for claims.
7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. If a
package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is
responsible for all reshipment fees.
